旅馆周围有多间大型购物商场,邮局,中西及越南餐厅,超市如Walmart、London Drugs，Sobeys。银行如:BMO银行，TD银行，RBC银行，CIBC银行，Scotiabank。披萨店如:Pizza73 ,Little Caesars, Brooklyn Pizzeria 等等...... 生活,工作,旅游都极之方便，可满足购物、休闲需要。

The neighbourhod is residential and very safe with lots of walking trails around the inn. The Royal Oak community has a big shopping center which is 5 minutes walking disrance from the inn. The shopping center includes Walmart, Sobey's, London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart and and a bunch of restaurants serving italian, vietnamese, chinese, indian, and mexican fare.

卡尔加里C&B家庭旅馆位于西北区 Royal Oak cape NW. Calgary. 在Tuscany c-train Station（轻轨）站附近，交通便利,20分钟车程到卡尔加里机场。三个c-Train站到卡尔加里大学仅15分钟.六个站到SAIT, 25分钟便可到达downtown(市中心).乘c-train（轻轨）。

C&B家庭旅馆大套房价格：$55/天(1人） 或者  $59/天（2人）

我们提供沐浴液，洗头水。

我们提供接送服务: 卡尔加里机场接送$30/次不计人数。（晚上10后加收$10服务费）

The basement unit has one bedroom and a full bathroom. We will provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom but no towels. It is ideal for short stays. The kitchen is on the main floor and is a shared space with the family. The unit is ideal for couples and ladies who are either studying or in Calgary for a short visit. The basement can be rented out at 55 dollars per night for one person and 65 dollars per night for couples. We can pick you up from the airport and drop you upon confirmation of your stay for a nomina fee of 30 dollars per trip. If you need pick up or drop off services after 10:00 pm at night, there will be an additional service fee of 10 dollars per trip.
